Mr. Aashin U.S. is the founder and managing director of the 193 Countries Consortium, a business growth and investor relations platform. With over 16 years of experience, he’s a seasoned entrepreneur, investor, and mentor who has established and guided successful business ventures. Aashin launched a digital branding company and an education project that has trained over 20,000 professionals. Through the consortium, he works on business enterprises in the education, human resources, second-hand cars, and real estate sectors in the UK. He has also mentored over 1,200 entrepreneurs and organized events to help businesses expand internationally.
Mr. Arjun Menon
Arjun Menon is a filmmaker and entrepreneur specializing in video production. As the Head of Media Production at the 193 Countries Consortium (193CC), he leads global media initiatives that combine storytelling with large-scale content creation. In this role, he not only creates entrepreneurial stories for business profiles, but also coordinates the high-profile “Success Interviews” series, featuring successful entrepreneurs, celebrities, and political leaders. His background spans acting, directing, and producing films in the UK, and he is passionate about building creative networks and crafting sustainable production models that balance artistic vision with long-term business value.

Based in London, Rohit Vijay partners with Mr. Aashin US on global initiatives such as the 193 Counties Consortium and HRCPU, which aim to build a wide community of entrepreneurs while promoting social, cultural, and political development. Crowned Mr. India 2023, he collaborates with the London Modeling School to merge modeling, pageantry, and cultural exchange with global development goals. With a professional background as a journalist and Public Relations Officer during the Kerala Assembly Elections, Rohit brings strong expertise in media strategy, communication, and public engagement, adding value to every collaborative project.
